Delivery is available all around the world, pickup is only available at the location Cyprus, Limassol, St. Georgiou A 2, Anna Courthouse, Germasoia 4047.
Delivery is carried out by CDEK/DHL partner companies, delivery terms and cost are calculated by partner companies, delivery payment is made by the buyer upon receipt of the order.
To withdraw from the purchase, you must communicate this intention no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made via certified e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in the subject the no. order. In the communication it will be necessary to specify the products purchased and the willingness to withdraw from the purchase. Our Customer Care will respond by e-mail authorizing the return of the goods exclusively with a voucher to be spent on the online shop, of equal value to the amount spent excluding shipping costs.
Together with the sending of the will of withdrawal, the Customer is required to send by express courier and at his own expense, within 14 days from the communication, the goods to our warehouses as they are. In other words, received absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (tags, envelopes and packaging), placing it in suitable packaging so as to guarantee its integrity during transport. The Customer must insert a sheet with his name and order number inside the package and the request for issuing a voucher or replacement product.
Failure to comply with these principles makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable. Within 14 days of receiving the official communication and the goods, Shiny will issue the shopping voucher which will be sent to the customer’s email. The only cost to be paid by the Customer, to make use of the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for the transport of the goods to our office and any customs charges always charged to the Customer. For any subsequent return requests for the same order / item, the shipping costs for the return and redelivery will be charged to the Customer. The goods travel with risk borne by the customer. Therefore, in case of loss of the parcel, which is the subject of the withdrawal, Shiny will not be obliged to refund. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Shiny will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative reimbursement. The product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. Shiny will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Shiny ascertains that:
the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging and / or original internal packaging;
the product lacks integral elements and / or accessories (eg closures, laces, buckles, etc.);
the product is missing the disposable seal.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Shiny will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
The communication must be made by email to email@example.com specifying in the subject the no. order. In the communication it will be necessary to specify the products purchased and the willingness to replace them. Our Customer Care will reply by e-mail giving authorization to exchange the goods. The Customer is required to send by express courier and at his own expense (to the address of the nearest warehouse, which can be found on the delivery note affixed to the package received), within 14 days of communication, the goods at our warehouses as they have been received, that is absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (tags, envelopes and packaging), placing it in suitable packaging to ensure its integrity during transport.
Shiny allows you to exchange purchased goods ONLY under the following conditions:
in case of defective goods (the item will be replaced with the same item ordered);
if an incorrect size has been ordered (the replacement will take place with the same item ordered in the new size indicated, valid only for products that are not on sale at no additional cost);
in the event that the item received is totally different from the one ordered.
Will not be accepted for replacement and returns:
Items intended for contact with private parts (briefs, thong, thong, body, coordinated etc.);
Articles with silicone parts such as back bands or transparent shoulder straps;
Items without original packaging which must also be in perfect condition;
Worn or washed items;
Items damaged due to improper treatment of the Customer;
Items returned cash on delivery or carriage forward;
Sale / offer / promotion items;
Items to which the attached tags have been removed;
Articles that have undergone changes

Payment by bank cards is carried out through the PayOnline system
VISA, MasterCard, Mir cards are accepted for payment.

MasterCard and the World are based on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which
the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels are used.
The bank card data is entered on the secure PayOnline payment page
On the page for entering bank card data, you will need to enter the card number, the name of the cardholder,
card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary
data is printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.
Next, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued you the card to enter the 3DSecure code
that will come to you in an SMS. If the 3DSecure code has not come to you, then you should contact the bank that issued you the card.
